About This Song
Gwaride is the nineteenth track from Tanzanian singer and songwriter Ibraah's 2026 album 1B (The Other Side of the Face), featuring Tanzanian rapper Young Lunya. The collaboration brings together Ibraah's melodic Bongo Flava background and Young Lunya's hip-hop style, connecting two contemporary voices in Tanzania's music industry. Following Pozi featuring Dully Sykes, Gwaride continues the album's collaborative sequence and adds another hip-hop partnership to Ibraah's extensive 50-track project.
